Our 'Flat"....

This is what we will call 'home' for the next several months....it is small, but comfortable. Everything we need. Two bedrooms, dining area, laundry, and great neighbors. It also has air conditioning - a bonus we were not expecting but are very grateful for!

The deck is huge. Shared with the other missionary couple next door. Friday night we will have our first get-together with all of the other missionary couples - 10 couples. We spend a lot of time out here in the evening. At dusk the bats start flying around. They are huge - with about a 3 foot wingspan. But we like them....

Our view from the deck which overlooks the backyard. Kind of hard to see the grass...there is so much vegetation. And it is on a slope. That small yellow building on the left is the guard shack. Saimoni sits in there from dusk to dawn. If it starts to rain at night, he will pull down the shades around the deck so it doesn't get wet.
