We're Moving!!

Well, we haven't been here very long, but we are on our way to a new home. It is still near Khabarovsk, but since we do most of our humanitarian projects outside of the city, it was decided that we should live closer to the villages. Our new place is modest, to say the least. Unfortunately, as you can see by the picture, it does not have indoor plumbing - an outhouse! The water container you see in the other picture is how we will get our water - there is a community well only about a quarter mile from our home. We have the handy cart to use to lug it back and forth. A real plus is that we will be out in the country more - have our own little garden plot, and dad can use a lot of his survival skills. We have a woodburning stove, and the woodpile is in pretty good shape. Of course, we won't need that much until next winter, as it has been in the 50's here this week. We are just counting this as another missionary adventure! Our apartment here in the city is looking more and more luxurious! But we will be so much more available to those who need us most.
